Worldcaching.com ships all parcels surface unless the customer wishes
to pay extra for AIR mail service. Worldcaching.com makes every effort
to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are
generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Items generally take about one
week or less in North America and about 10 days internationally but may
take longer, depending on your location.
International orders, please contact our Customer Service geocachers with your preference for shipping- surface/air/express.
Special and Custom orders may also take longer to process. Ask our
Customer Service GeoRepresentatives for shipping details when you place
your order.
We will gift wrap for a $3.00 charge. You may send any items purchases
at worldcaching as a gift. Simply indicate the shipping address
different from your home address and please drop us an email with any
further instructions.
Orders that are divided into two addresses for shipping may be charged
additional shipping costs. Please contact us though before payment.
If you did not get an order in good time, please contact us by sending
an email to sales@worldcaching.com and our Customer Service geocachers
will be happy to help. We will do our best to find out what happened
and to see that your order makes it to you.
All items may be shipped in bulk..
Worldcaching.com offers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on all items.
Please contact us as soon as possible at sales@worldcaching.com if you
are not happy with your order so that we may rectify it immediately.
Refund does not include shipping charges and a $15 restocking fee may
be charged.
We reserve the right to replace defective items with the same or
similar item only, within 30 days from the shipment date. Defective
replacements are shipped via Standard Ground shipping. Other shipping
methods are available at additional cost. We apologize for any
inconvenience. Items damaged during shipping will not be our
responsibility.
Unless the return is the result of our shipping error, Worldcaching.com
will share in the shipping costs for defective item(s). You are
responsible for the cost of shipping the defective item(s) to us, and
we will then ship the replacement item to you at no cost.
If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please contact us
directly at sales@worldcaching.com for assistance. If your order has
not already shipped we will be able to cancel it for you. If an order
has already shipped we will accept a return under the terms of our
Customer Satisfaction Return Policy.
