Shipping
Worldcaching.com mails all US & Canadian orders every weekday, orders are mailed on weekdays usually within 24 hours of being placed. International orders are mailed First Class Air Mail through the US Postal Service once a week. Worldcaching.com makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. Items generally take about one week or less in North America and about 2 weeks Internationally but may take longer, depending on your location and the speed of the Postal Service. Please note that during busy times such as the Christmas season the Postal Service takes longer to deliver the orders!

All items/orders may be shipped in bulk.

International Shipping
Occasionally orders will be held by Customs in the country they are being shipped to. Worldcaching advises customers to order items that are intended as gifts well in advance in case this happens to your order.

Some countries may charge a "Customs Handling Fee" when your order enters the country you live in. It is the responsibilty of the customer to find out what the Import Rules & Regulations are for the country they live in. Worldcaching has no control over this type of thing and is not responsible for any Customs Charges incurred after we ship your order.

Custom Orders
Special and Custom orders may also take longer to process. Ask our Customer Service Representatives for shipping details when you place your order. You can do this in the Comment Box during the Check Out procedure.

Gift Wrapping
We will gift wrap for a $3.00 charge. You may send any items purchases at worldcaching as a gift. Simply indicate the shipping address different from your home address and please drop us an email with any further instructions.

Shipping to Two Addresses
Orders that are divided into two addresses for shipping may be charged additional shipping costs. Please contact us before payment.

Is your order taking too long to arrive?
If you did not get an order in good time, please contact us by sending an email to sales@worldcaching.com and our Customer Service Representative will be happy to help. We will do our best to find out what happened and to see that your order makes it to you.

Returns and Refunds
Worldcaching.com offers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on all items for order placed in Canada and the USA, 90 days for International orders. Please contact us as soon as possible at sales@worldcaching.com if you are not happy with your order so that we may rectify it immediately. Refund does not include shipping charges and a $15 restocking fee may be charged.

We reserve the right to replace defective items with the same or similar item only, within 30 days from the shipment date for orders placed in Canada or the USA, 90 days for International orders. Defective replacements are shipped via Standard Ground shipping. Other shipping methods are available at additional cost. We apologize for any inconvenience. Items damaged during shipping are our responsibility.

Unless the return is the result of our shipping error, worldcaching.com will share in the shipping costs for defective item(s). You are responsible for the cost of shipping the defective item(s) to us, and we will then ship the replacement item to you at no cost.

Cancelling An Order
If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please contact us directly at sales@worldcaching.com for assistance. If your order has not already shipped we will be able to cancel it for you. If an order has already shipped we will accept a return under the terms of our Customer Satisfaction Return Policy.

Groundspeak Products
Worldcaching tries to keep at least a few of each Groundspeak product in stock at all times, especially the trackable items. We do not keep very many the Groundspeak clothing products in stock for various reasons. The Groundspeak products that we do not keep in stock have a note on Worldcaching product page stating that it is a Special Order item. We do order from Groundspeak approximately once a week and usually have those orders within a week. If Groundspeak runs out of stock of an item you have purchased through Worldcaching or wish to purchase we do check the the Groundspeak website daily and will order that item for you as soon as it is availalble.

If you see an item on the Groundspeak website you would like to order from Worldcaching please send us an email to sales@worldcaching.com with link to the Groundspeak item you want and we will add it to our website and bring it in for you with our next Groundspeak order.
